I'm Kristin Hernandez, a commissioned California Notary Public and owner of Paper & Seal Notary & Apostille Services. I help individuals, families, attorneys, and local businesses handle time-sensitive documents without adding another unnecessary trip to their day.
I bring the service to you and explain the appointment process in plain language. My role is focused and neutral: verify identity, witness or acknowledge signatures, complete the notarial certificate, and protect the integrity of the notarization.
For apostille requests, I coordinate submission and return of eligible documents. For estate-plan signings, I work only with documents already prepared by your attorney, paralegal, or document provider.
